Hope everyone is safe & sound out there. I love everything about Montenegro except their "efficient" banking system, could someone please suggest to me at least a decent English speaking bank which has got a good ebanking app, cheap tariffs & with English speaking customer service.....Its really tough to find one as the banking sector here needs a huge improvement, unfortunately.
