SEPA payments to MNE Hipotekarna

Hi all

tryed 4 payments, small in SEPA non instant.. trying to match exectly account name which is of course wrong (inverted lastname and firstname)

all returned, bank claiming never to have received anything, sender bank (me) providing them sepa trace, proof that they returned the funds. but still  complaint dept persisting on their position

for sure they returned, but I manage from same sender to pay a 3rd party there , in another bank so it works.  i thought initial that they rejected because of close name but not exactly but with exactly same name they return also. remains the address on account which is of course wrong as MNE banks (at least this is one) is asking for foreigners an address from their origin country and not local one, even when you don't have address in your origin country you have to invent an address..    any feedback at least with the same bank ?
