Vehicle purchase and inspection in Montenegro

Hello, I have a residence permit in Montenegro. I will buy a vehicle and I want to go to a different country.

However, the vehicle inspection period is the same as my residence time. I will be out of Montenegro for 2 years, I will come to Montenegro by plane to renew my residency.

It is not possible for me to have the vehicle inspected in Montenegro. Is it enough for me to have a vehicle inspection in other countries? Is the vehicle inspection in montenegro important when driving the vehicle outside of Montenegro?
