I suggest that you go online and find agencies that specialize in au pair work in Europe. There will be agencies that cover Monaco. You will need verifiable qualifications and work experience with references from previous employers.
i agree with @stumpy. you should try to do it on your own as you can easily get tricked by people in conditions like these..
