No social charges to pay but if you are "economically self sufficient" for your EID you will need private health care and proof of sufficient income.

So if economically self sufficient you don't benefit from the UK/Malta reciprocal healthcare ?

You do Bobby - you need to apply for this before applying for your eid

I'm confused now. Do I need private healthcare ? Do I get healthcare through the agreement ? Do I pay social charges ?
