Yes, make sure she stays legal until the residency issue is processed and solved.

I'm not aware of a fast track for cases like yours.

After that you will have no problems and she can work or be self-employed.

So it will work out in the end !

But it might take some time . This is Malta.

I'm 100 % sure the e-residence thing will be working before the Gozo tunnel is opened for traffic.

Other EU countries saved themselves the hassle and just apply the EU rules to non EU citizens !

Will the KartAnzjan apply to the tunnel ?

I think everything will be all right in the end and if it's not all right, then it's not yet the end.

To be honest, I don't think so pgl.

When I was there, they have asked me for my ID/passport and they will then give you a piece of paper with the appointment confirmation. But, you can always try
