Has anyone made a claim for disability payments in Malta? PIP in UK refused me saying I was Malta responsibility now, despite never paid NI here, I have 30yrs contribution in UK. I am registered disabled and struggling to find work I can do here

You can always try but I think that it is highly unlikely if you have never paid into the system here.

I was under the impression that disability benefit in the UK was one of the transferable benefits but perhaps not. We're you actually in receipt of the benefit in the UK?
