Police certification of no criminal record

Hi, I lived in Luxembourg 2013-2015. I'm now seeking a long term visa for another country and they require a police certification of no criminal record from every country that I have lived in the last 10 years. I see on myguichet.lu that this can be obtained online, but apparently its only available with LuxTrust or a similar ID verification app, however it doesn't seem possible to obtain LuxTrust remotely. Catch 22 !

Any information about how to obtain the police certificate would be truly appreciated. Given COVID, a physical appearance is out of the question either.
