Hello, my permesso has been expired 3 days ago, and i am going to resend the permesso kit. is that a problem that i am sending the kit one week after expiration?

No problem, you can submit within 60 days after expiry

You have time upto 60 days after  expired also to apply via post italia

Hi,
Have to send permesso kit within 30 days after expiry date, so it's fine in your case..
