Looking for quality workmen / women Nr ficulle, umbria

Hi all
hopefully going to take possession of an apartment in ficulle end may assuming travel is permitted again. I live in the UK. Looking to find a good garden person who is able to dig up a garden and get rid of stone steps. Also electrician/ builder to assist putting in a new kitchen. Reasonable and reliable with enough English to make up for my yet to be learnt Italian!
