Buying a Car

Hi ive been living in Isafjordur for the last 3 months and im gonna be here for a year more. Im thinking about buying a car so i can travel around. Does anyone know any good places to look? online? average cost of a nice old used car that can get from A to B ?Places? im willing to travel far and wide if it means a cheaper price!
