3rd child policy and loan forgiveness

I can only share the little bit I know about this.
You didn't offer too much info so no one can really give you a clear answer on your individual case.
I know this "deal" requires at least one parent to be a HU citizen.
The parent had to be employed for 3 years and their Taj coverage has to be all paid up for the last year min.
I've never heard of this loan being "free" as in not having to be repaid.
They are not just giving out money or loans to people with children who are not able to prove they can pay it back.
