YES, YOU NEED TO GO TO APPROVED TRANSLATION OFFICE. LOOK UP ADDRESSES IN THE PHONE BOOK.

Depends on who is requesting the Curriculum Vitae. If a private business is requesting the CV any translator can do this, and the official translation office is not needed.
