können verb omitted in some sentences

donlelel

Hi,

Why is the "können" verb omitted in some sentences? What's the name of this phenomenon so I can read more about it?

Sample:
Ich bekomme die Flasche nicht auf = I can't open the bottle

Asteineba is right. There is no "phenomenon" behind this.
