Job Seeker Visa question

The requirements for a German Job Seeker Visa are as follows, and apply to Indians in exactly the same way as you and others:
- Bachelor of Master’s Degree from a German university or an equivalent foreign degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in your related field of study
- Proof that you have sufficient funds to cover your stay
- Travel or medical insurance
Degree holders with work experience are considered "skilled". Thus the use of this word in some non-official sources.

It doesn't say "minimum 5 years work experience..." in the application form of mine though... And despite having 5 years of work experience it isn't related to what I was studying at all.

The official requirements are publicly available (try Google!) and thus do not need to be mentioned on the application form.
If you don't fulfill the requirements, your application will be rejected.

I am an Indian Citizen, currently in Penang as a dependent. I am planning to apply for German Job seeker VISA, If i am applying from Malaysia "Financial Maintenance fund" do i need to show it in INR or MYR? is Bank statement is enough to show the Fund details

What do you mean you are a dependent? Dependent on whom? For immigration purposes, a dependent is a minor child one is legally responsible for. If one is married then they have a spouse, which some people mistakenly refer to as a dependent. 

And what is this Malaysia financial maintenance fund? I can only speculate that it’s an investment of some kind. But you will have to ask the government officials when applying if it is adequate. The thing is that it is not just the amount of assets needed but one has to have them in liquid assets and available. Things like property or assets that are not quickly and easily turned into cash aren’t likely to be helpful. One will probably have to have the needed amount on a bank account. And one would show a bank statement that will denominate the money in whichever currency they record it in. If someone wants to know the equivalence in another currency this is easily done by checking international exchange rates. And for a German visa they would probably want to know in either Euros or dollars and not care about how many Indian Rupees an amount in Malaysian Ringgits is worth. But these are just details and not the basic factors one needs to be concerned with.
