Legalization/authentication documents for D-visa

Hi,

I am  from cameroon , I'm passionate and interested to study in estonia, Tallin. I had wanted to get visa requirements and application process for international students. Do I need to do legalization of documents before I take them to the estonia embassy in Cairo or Dubai? Could someone please share his or her process and trip to Tallin?

NB Cameroon doesn't have Estonia embassy.

Hello Kngaikoh,

Welcome to Expat.com 😀

After a bit of research, I found the following information:

In countries where Estonia does not have a diplomatic or consular mission, another Schengen Member State may represent Estonia for visa issuance purposes. You can find more details here: https://www.vm.ee/en/consular-visa-and- … ed-another

In your case, it may be useful to contact the Estonian Embassy, which is represented in Cameroon by the German Embassy in Yaoundé. They should be able to guide you or redirect you to the appropriate authority.

All the best,

Cheryl

Yes, please do. Keep us posted; we would love to hear how everything goes.
