This process works through local court advocate known as 'al-adl'. Ask him to contact one near him. He will have to pay as they walk you through the process.

Tell him to go to his local court advocate known as ' العدل ' and he can provide him a list of documents that are required.

@Yasmin21 Why don't you ask the Embassy?

You'll be providing most of the documents all he needs is his personal documents and your relationship with him as you're his sponsor 95% of the document will be from your side.

make sure you get the appointments before you go to Morocco.

He needs to go to the family court in his city and then they'll give him a list which does change from city to city.

In the same list they'll ask some documents from you as well that the judge will have too se in your folder.
