Depends on your circumstances; on the face of it, you need a Standard Visitor Visa; this link will take you to the UK Government website that deals with this.

It really depends, just follow some rules and criteria to make your application easier.

for a tourist visa, you must have a valid passport, ID, passport size photograph, few financial documents and etc.
