Can I get the balance amount available on the rejsekort refunded at the airport, while leaving Denmark?

No, there are only three places in Copenhagen where it is possible, and the airport isn't one of them.

I need to travel to Taastrup from the airport and back(once).

Within taastrup, I have to travel within 2-3 bus stops(2 times two and fro for 2 days).

When you arrive, you go to DSB ticket centre in terminal 3 and buy your ticket there.

Your ticket will be valid for a number of zones, and within these zones it is also valid for the busses.
