Birds watching sites

Hej expats...I am Nelly from Namibia,I live in Denmark and  I like taking photos of animals and landscapes. And for the past few months while I'm here in Denmark I focus more on taking photos of birds.I am looking for information and suggestions on which part of Denmark I can discover more birds and get a chance to  take photos of beautiful birds in Denmark?

Well thanks.
DOF (the bird watcher community) may give you some useful tips where to go.

You can follow the osprey in Grib Skov online:

Maybe, the same website can inspire you to find ideas for outings

Well thanks for the information  Nellie,I will check everything out.
Hej Nelly :)
I’m an amateur birdwatcher myself and one of the times I visited Denmark I spent a few hours in the National Park Vadehavet southwest of Ribe. A great number of aquatic and migratory birds. And also, a number of different species from the ones I usually watch here in Portugal. I would highly recommend the Park :)

Migratory birds are indeed exciting to study, as they have fixed routes, e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vogelfluglinie, and you can furthermore predict when the migration will take place.

Another interesting place to watch the birds is Vejlerne, an area located at Limfjorden: https://www.dof.dk/oplev-fuglene/fugles … d/vejlerne

Happy bird watching in Denmark!

It will be an even better sight if you go there for the late summer/autumn bird migration.
