Even if you write in German, they are very slow, and rarely get back to you.

Man,  kind of f**** up here to find a flat by the way if u still looking for a flat for 520€  per month and no provezion which I really dont know how to write it let me know but dont forget 2 month deposit.

Yeah Vienna seems really pain in the a** if it comes to finding a decent place I guess we have to look into the city having particular housing infrastructure.

In meantime, of course, I have found the good flat for my family and met a makler (agent) who proved to be very helpfull and good.
