Hello.

In December, my husband and I visited friends in Nevis on a beautiful afternoon. We fell in love with the island and, while ferrying back to our cruiseship, decided we'd like to move there. After the purchase of a house fell through last month, we decided to rent longterm for at least 5 years. We're looking for a reasonably priced house with a gorgeous water view, at least 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and modern kitchen and bathrooms. We can hardly wait to live there and will be ready to do so between August and late December.

Have you found a property yet ? Just read this. We have a property with 4 large apartments in Nevis, near to Nevis Airport. Each apartment has two separate bedrooms/bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and outside verandas. Currently we rent the apartments out but it can be converted to a residential house as it also has sea views. It is currently for sale.
