Family of (3) + two dogs: Move from Utah to PR- Real Estate

Hello

We are a family of three. Husband and I, and our soon to be 17 year old. We are looking to move to PR Spring 2022 (if not sooner). Waiting for 2nd grandbaby and possibly teenager to finish Jr. Year -2021.

In Search of:
1. Multi-Family Home (We can live on one side 2 bdrms minimum) and Airbnb or Rent other side
2. Any part of Puert Rico- By/close to water- We want to open up Scuba/Snorkeling/Water Taxi business
3. Husband owns Remodel/REpair business so fix, flip, and hold
4. I do HR consulting and Real Estate (Looking for Broker in Puerto Rico) Bilingual Spanish Speaking.
5. Good school (public/private) for Englishs speaking 11th grader

Any suggestions woudl be so greatly appreciated.

I would make a few suggestions, there are other Facebook groups... join them.

Make sure you are looking in the PR Classifieds, many properties are only listed there.

Understand right now, like many other places, it is hard to find a home to buy or rent. Many properties are gone within days.

If you are bringing dogs do your research as many airline have temperature limits. A for example will not ship a dog if the temp at takeoff, stops, or landing is 85 or above.
