Is Aquadilla Pueblo a nice area ?

I am looking for a new location, and thought this may be a great place to live. My friends father lives there, and I will pick his brain.
I have a little over 2 years to go until I can retire, but I would still like to work. I understand yo no hablo!! I will start learning my next 2 years.
I was told that Aquadilla Pueblo was a nice area. If anyone can give any advise I would appreciate it very much. Rent, work, things like that.
