What website shows the recent Puerto Rico local election results, such as the # of votes received for each PR candidate running for mayor, senate, representative?

Under the US Constitution, all elections are managed within the states, so in Puerto Rico's case, island elections are managed by the State Commission on Elections.  Their website is http://ceepur.org/

Thanks for that link.  You are one of the few rare posters on here who seems to know anything.

When I went to that site, however, most of the results were 0's.  For district representatives, for example, only District 2 showed results.  All the other districts were as 0's.  Is it typical PR malfunction/disfunction, or am I using the site incorrectly?

For senatorial districts, it was only slightly better with values for only 2 districts listed, with all the others as 0.
