Recommend best areas to live in Rincon

Hola,
My husband and I (and Maltese dog) are searching reasonable good areas to live in Rincón, Puerto Rico. We are in our 50’s, love water sports and layback beach vibe. I am an also a painter and I would love to continue doing so in Rincon.

Any suggestions of good neighborly areas to live? We are thinking of buying a condo.

We welcome advice and/or suggestions

My suggestion is to move to Aguada or anasco. I lived in Rincon. I think the non natives that live there have attitudes. Stay out of puntas and ensceda ( sorry about the spelling) Rincon is over priced for rental and buying. The grocery store is over prices. Restaurants are also over priced. I lived in Rincon up in cruces. We had mostly natives there and they are very nice
We moved from there to aguada. I feel living there is a lot better then Rincon. Only mins away from Rincon. Since living on the island in 2014. We lived in cabo rojo, arecibo, Rincon, aguada and quesadillas.
Might I suggest Isabela to you.
