Is Caguas (relatively) safe these days?

Hello everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone could give me some inputs about the safety of Caguas particularly Barrio Bonneville Heights and Urbanización Mariolga areas.

Are these areas (i.e. Barrio Bonneville Heights and Urbanización Mariolga) relatively safe and good places to live or to rent for Airbnb?

Btw, I'm planning to visit the island sometime next week for a week or so to see some properties in Caguas áreas.
