Help with getting cargo out of port Guaynabo

I have shipped some patio rail (850 pounds) to PR but am stumped with connecting with Hacienda to pay the sales tax...I have not had luck in paying on line thru SURI, I can't go in person and no one has been able to help me when I call (they either transfer me ot disconnect me).

Does anyone have suggestions on how to do what is needed to get my cargo released?

I shipped a few things by a container line from Miami. I know what you mean Suri is not easy. I actually paid $40 to the container line office in Puerto Rico to do it for me. You might want to contact them and see if they have this service. Good luck.
