Hello Eddie...from Juana Diaz take road #149 south towards Potala Pastillo until you come to Hwy 1, make a left to (just and almost across the street of HOM Commercial store on the left) so make your right turn on Calle 4 it should be at the end of the street. Now it's been awhile, but you may still find a ramp there if our last hurricane María didn't destroy it. Best swing by first without your boat, just in case. Also, you can swing by Playa de Santa Isabel. Good luck!
