American from Athens, Georgia considering expating to Panama

Retired High School Teacher. I currently run a 12 Step recovery ministry withe my wife as co-director of the program. My wife has a service dog. We are considering relocation to Boquete, Panama.  Would be interested in hearing others' experiences.

That sounds amazing what you and your wife are doing with the recovery ministry is truly inspiring. Boquete might be a great match for you both. It’s known for its peaceful atmosphere, cool weather, and a strong sense of community. Many Americans who’ve settled there say it’s the perfect balance between comfort and tranquility.
