Sending money to Cambodia from Pana

A few years ago I was able to do this by visiting local banks/ It was very time consuming (local banks treat local people horribly, long wait times, bank friendly policies) and stressful!
This seems to have ended, no mas!
Anyone know a way to accomplish this? My Godson is locked down in Sihanoukville!!

@namtate I recognize this is from a long time ago but here is a generic solution to sending money from anywhere to anywhere. Use Wise.

You can go to https://wise.com/invite/u/phillipsh (yes, that is my affiliate link), open an account and then use wise like a bank for transfers. Basically, you can set up accounts (in USD, Euro, ...) send money to it and send money on to anywhere.

Besides being very convenient the fees are much lower than banks.
