Should I hire an immigration attorney there? What are the steps to getting it done? I will not be moving for 2 years but I would like to stay longer than a month

How good is your Spanish?

I have always used a lawyer.... the one here on this forum
Paperwork, language, knowing the details.....

I second WillieWeb's comments. Some may not like to pay for an attorney, for anything, but it helps to have someone on your side that knows the system. And if your Spanish is limited you may have little choice. We use Lily also and highly recommend her.

Having an attorney to guide you through the process it's a very wise decision, considering there is so many "dark spots" in the process which are steps and information that could waste your time and more important your money.
