**Starlink Dominican Republic — Shipping Delays / Need Help**

Has anyone recently ordered Starlink equipment directly from Starlink for delivery in the Dominican Republic?

I placed and fully paid for a Starlink Standard kit and wall mount on August 18, 2026. Almost two months later, my order is still marked PENDING, with no estimated shipping date.

Starlink's automated support says the delay is due to high demand and supply constraints, but I cannot reach a human representative.

I'm located in Las Terrenas, Samaná.

Has anyone experienced this recently?

- How long did your order take to ship?

- Were you able to reach a human at Starlink?

- Did you find a way to escalate your order?

- Does anyone know of a legitimate local supplier with equipment that can be activated in the Dominican Republic?

Any firsthand experience or useful contact would be greatly appreciated!

I'm in Río San Juan and a friend recently ordered new starlink service and received equipment approximately 2 weeks. I personally had my gen 2 system go bad and starlink sent me a new system starlink 4x free of charge and didn't have to send old equipment back. Took 7 days to receive and this was a week ago, so very recent. I used chat, no one to call live.
