The easy part first - all you need is money to buy a home. We have no restrictions.

Working is another story. For the most part, working here will require residency. Once you have it you can reach out to the various resorts!

The other option is the get a work visa sponsorship so you can work here. They are not easy to get at all! Starts by getting a job offer that qualifies from a company willing to go through the hassle of sponsorship of a work visa.

If you need to work, I recommend you do not come to the DR. Your salary will be very low in comparison to what you can make elsewhere , even PR ... The DR is a place to come to retire once you have the means to do so.
