Hi Everyone! I have two questions. Can you share with me what the expectations are for property managers in the Dominican? I want to adjust my expectations to the culture there. For example, I wonder if I am thinking things like keeping track of warranties and contact information of people who have done work on the property is reasonable, etc.Can you recommend any property managers on the North Coast? I looked in the forum, but mostly saw only information about Punta Cana and Santo Domingo. I am looking for Cabarete area and headed towards Gaspar Hernandez.
