@planner boy are you correct as my wife owns a hair salon in Pennsylvania where we live I could write a paragraph or a book on that subject all that being said you were 100% spot on

As they have said, it depends!

I have bold highlights added to my (very) short hair, and that runs me about 3000 DOP in a high-end salon using quality products. My hair is a dark blonde that they take down to almost white so that I can use temp/wash in colors (purple, blue, silver) depending on my mood! I paid $150 for the same in the US before we moved here in 2020. no telling how much that would be now!
