I'm a Canadian who can't afford real estate investment in Canada.   When I retire I want to live in the Caribbean.  Right now looking for advice from any Canadians who have bought investment properties.   


1) best place to buy ?

2) best property management company

3) is it profitable?

4) do you claim profit for Canadjan taxes ?

Welcome to the forums.  So this is a tough question to answer because often it depends. Do you have cash? Financing is  expensive and hard to get here.


Depending on  your budget then we can give you a better idea.
