A condo for sale

Hello everyone,
I have a 3 bedroom condo in Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica and I am looking for an honest and reliable company to sell it for me. I bought in about 4 years and it has been a nightmare for me finding an honest real estate company or agent to manage and sell it for me. Any ideas will be very helpful.

It could be that your condo is only one of many properties that are presently advertised for sale, and believe me in that this is common and has been for many years, however, condos do seem to be easier to sell than a private abode.

You may have to further reduce the price.

It is a well known fact that in Costa Rica it is very easy to buy property...and very difficult to sell. Especially with covid-19 around the world.
