Kalia has many happy homeowners living or managing their homes. did they get a blame free experience during construction; perhaps not. Did they get a wonderful experience upon completion of their homes where Kalia was still committed to manage their expectation leading up to satisfaction; yes, in the majority of cases. Kalia has been on a continuous journey of strengthening their services to the clients by hiring professionals and learning from their mistakes through eyes of their clients.

To Kalia clientele relations -

I am not a client yet - but I would suggest that the way to quiet clients who are so unhappy that they have taken to vocalizing their upset on websites is NOT to spend your time prowling said website demeaning them:

Why don’t you spend that time making sure your clients are getting the attention and responses and actions they need to feel good about the Kalia construction process?   stand by your mutual commitments, be a responsive  company,  and your clients  won’t have any need to spend their time on a website, telling  others of their plights.

Firstly, it seems that you have not been in touch with Kalia for a long period of time as the most of the facts in your post are stale. There have been many changes in Kalia with respect to professional management, construction methodologies, etc. Do you know how many homes have already been handed over to Kalia happy clients or how many homes are already under construction to complete in 2019 and how many homes are already in the pipeline to complete in next 12 months?

Secondly, our client relations department have asked you numerous times to provide your contact information so we can clearly understand your historical issue yet we have yet to hear from you. We have made numerous attempts, left numerous messages, yet we have not heard back. We take client complaints very seriously. Please reach out to our client relations department at +506 8419 1010.

I kindly ask that you reach out and allow us the opportunity to clearly understand the cause of your complaint so we can assist you in any way possible. According to our record, a contract was signed between Kalia and you in the past and we should address all your concerns in accordance with the clauses of the contract. Do you deny that there has been a contract signed by you with Kalia?

The post might have been taken off because of being malicious and unsubstantiated and your post falls under the same category. Whilst, Kalia wish to address all genuine concerns of the clients, it also reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings to protect itself from such frivolous statements.
