what numbers to enter to pay my caja on line??

My lawyer informed me to "put 7-0 then the rest of the numbers." That's what helped me to finally pay my CAJA via my bank account. I hope this helps.

First... enter 7-0  not sure if you need the 'dash'  ...  try both methods....

  but then I enter my 10 more additional digits 'before' the 998

I only entered my number once... then my account at BN saved the number and it came up as an 'option' when I went to pay after that; as well as my numbers for wifi, elec, water...

Are you clicking on the 'voluntario/extranjero' option first...???

Also... quite often, if you try to pay during the first day or first 'few' days of the month... many times I have had to wait a day or two and then go back into 'BillPay' on my banco en linea,  to pay CCSS

It happens.  You should have 10 days to pay.

Very good advice for both answers. I found that I had a zero balance for a couple of days, and I was confused until I went back in and my balance was there.

your bank's 'system' won't tell you why you can't pay if it is the CCSS 'system' that isn't accepting payments... perhaps wait and try again in a day or two.   good luck.
