@Mysail2yours Check out Brothers Builders in Little Belize. They built me a nice little place really quick. They'll ship to islands too.

@Mysail2yours I would say, very unlikely on the island. Tiny homes are American, Canadian ideas because of housing crisis, but in Belize with affordable property prices and humble material prices a decent size home should be possible to purchase or build yourself.

I do see the point you're making. I would add that there's a lot of tiny homes in Belize, just not "Tiny Homes™" like you see on youtube. We're in a Cayo village and there's plenty of 200 sq ft or smaller dwellings.

A cost-savings is small 1-story homes don't need CBA approval or stamped plans, which will save a few thousand.
