How much would one expect to pay for a vehicle ?

@Julien

Hi Julian me and my wife are planning to move to belize but we have a multitude of questions. Wer asked a local law firm and all they would send usn was a $1385 peer person charge for their services. We are planning to bring a mobile christian ministry which consists of music and the word. We have been in ministry for about 15 years now and are led to minister in belize and are to forward 30% of any offerings taken to organizations to help the belize needy. We will be a mobile ministery which will have the capability of providing a parklike area with cd quality sound for the music and the word of God. We are conserned with medical insurance and are up in age and have heard that the belize healthcare is a bit to be desired but that the mexico healthcare is top notch. I there an insurance in belize that also would cover for healthcare that might be needed by a health facility in mexico? Also how hard is it to buy a decent used vehicle in belize, and how much would one expect to pay for a vehicle that would be suitable for belize? We understand that a four wheel drive is recommended due to the dirt roads and the rainy season? Is there affordable available internet? Any help on these subjects and any thing else one might consider to be important to someone moving to belize from oklahoma would be greatly appreciated indeed. We will have music via internet radio in belize in about a week or so performed by Follow the Spirit Ministry. The songs will be "Thank the Lord" and "All in a Circle" which many have greatly injoyed here locally and we hope our christian friends in belize will also. Thank you very much and my you be blessed in all things; most of all peace and joy! Minister Lee Ferrier PhD.

Lee, you need to find out a lot more about Belize, its Government regulations, and lots more before beginning your journey here. I am not in anyway trying to change your mind, and love your calling, but lots of information is what you need.

I am going to PM (private message) you with the name and US phone number of a retired minister that lead a Church in Placencia Belize for about 30 years. For medical reasons he has moved back to the US. His son is a Minister of a church in Spanish lookout Belize. If anyone can offer you advice on your mission, this man can.
