Looking to relocate

Hi fellow expats.
My name is Annie and I'm a British expat who is currently living in Cairns, Australia...right on the Great Barrier Reef. Following an amazing holiday travelling around the southern Caribbean Islands over Christmas, I've decided that my new goal is to relocate to Anguilla by the end of 2016!
I'm particularly interested in talking with people who can give me more information on
A) any immigration issues that may arise (I have both a British and an Aussie passport)
B) what regulations there would be to bring my dog out with me
C) Job opportunities in the community in general. I am currently running my own business...a mobile coffee van, but have spent the past 20 years working in a professional environment as a management trainer. I'd really like to do something on the island that's related to tourism I think...I love interacting with all sorts of people and have lived and worked all over the world.
