By "bike", do you mean a bicycle that you pedal with two feet or "bike" as in motorbike that you pour gas into and drive around?  Some people also call their motorcycles "bikes". 

Although there are bicycles that have automatic shifting gears, I'll assume that "auto bike" means an automatic motorbike, otherwise known as a scooter (by definition, scooters have automatic gear shifters).

I think based on your budget of $4-5,000 USD (80-100 million VND), you can get a NEW scooter easily.  They run between 25 million for the functional Hondas to 150 million for some nice Italian imports.  Used scooters can run at a fraction that; around $450 (9 million VND).

Just be careful when buying used motorbikes since many are stolen and resold.  You should insist that the motorbike has registration papers and verify that it belongs with that motorbike.  Traffic Police Officers do check the owners registration card and will confiscate your motorbike if you don't have one (to make sure it's not a stolen motorbike).
