English and Vietnam Guide needed for Quang Ngai for around 10-14 July

I seek a reliable guide with vehicle to conduct sensitive visit to location of military event in Tra Bong Valley. Its a long drive from Quang and may involve overnight stay.

I would like to talk to local village chief and potential farmers to obtain access to land for a very short visit.

Need help with all cultural, lingual and admin assistance..

Let' s consider about OP assistant position. Connecting all factors you might need for this, I believe I am able to make it. DRiver, admin assistance, culture...a sensitive visit to location of military event in Tra Bong Valley...will be ready for you during 10-14 July.
Well, you may have the reason when you thought i was unable to be a part of this journey to TRa bong valley. But just make it easy, i can show you what i can do.
Whatever, i want to help you guys to visit to the remote area of Quang Ngai (next to my hometown)
But actually, if any guys from quang ngai can join this project, It would be so great.
