Where to get Vietnam Visa Extention in HCMC

Have just done moc Bai run . Was worth paying the 20$bribes  for two guys to fill my forms out  usher me here and there all very efficient like a well oiled bribed machine .in and out in half an hr . No waiting around  jumped the ques 5$ in my passport and outa there. Only hicup was 3 month multiple agent told me was 50$ ended up 70$ .think I was ripped off.  I think all up cost me about 160$  .prob too much.  But at least was quick.  Tip. Spend a few extra dollars and get the good bus back.
