Looking for reliable immigration agents in HCMC for exit-visa help

Hello everyone!

I’m trying to help my 62-year-old father leave Vietnam safely, and I need recommendations for any reliable immigration agents, consultants, or fixers in Ho Chi Minh City who handle overstay + exit-visa cases.

He has been in HCMC for a long time and has overstayed his visa. He also has a severe mental-health condition (bipolar disorder) and is no longer able to manage anything on his own. I am outside the country and cannot assist in person.

I’m looking for someone trustworthy who can speak English and Vietnamese, coordinate with the Vietnamese immigration office, and guide or accompany him through the exit-visa process so he can return home safely.

If anyone has personal recommendations, has used such services before, or knows who I should contact, I would really appreciate any advice.

Hi, very sorry to hear about your situation. I'm not sure if we're allowed to endorse agents on this forum as per the rules.

So, I will send a PM (private message) to your account immediately containing the contact info for a very well-known agent who took care of us back in the 2000's when I lived there in HCMC and is apparently still providing travel related services.
