Most gold shops will do it,but check the selling rate.

Gold shops are your best bet , I use the one on the Pham Ngu Lau side of Ben Thanh market , they consistently have the best rates I can find

I can back you on that. I would have figured that being in that neighborhood they would be a ripoff but my wife used to go there and said that they had the best rates.
