vietnamese dong conversion

Hi there!  I received a quote for  200 .000 đ, is that 200,000 vietnamese dong which is about 8USD?

But don't expect the same rate as the internet, even Banks have inconsistent exchange rates., ( same with interest rates ) you have to shop around to get the best deal.

if you bring thai baht is the exchange rate robbery in HMC?  in Bangkok I know you should exchange at superrich exchange or else you will be robbed with some exchange rates
