One suggestion if you want to work online, get Paltalk chat software and in Paltalk you will find two active English classes for Vietnamese in the Vietnam section. I offered my help there but they have plenty of help and they are serious classes, not chat-fun. Try it.

Better, my opinion, is always face to face but thats difficult, i know.

Opt for a language exchange  whereby you teach your native language in exchange of learning english.
